Custom-Made Products

Season of Shadows apparel is custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of defective items or print quality issues.

30-Day Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with print quality issues or adherence problems, we'll replace it at no cost within 30 days of delivery. Replacement requests must be approved by our team and may require photos of the defect.

Customer Error

If you order the wrong size, color, or product, we cannot offer a free exchange or refund. However, we may be able to provide a replacement at your cost. Please double-check all order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at seasonofshadowsapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll review your request and provide a replacement if approved.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it enters production (typically within a few hours of placing your order). If your order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, a full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at seasonofshadowsapparel@gmail.com

Verify Your Order

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all order details including shipping address, items, and sizes. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
